Refund Policy

Scope
This refund policy applies to all customers (individuals or organisations) who purchase TestPod, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution provided by Scandium Systems (“Scandium”), either directly or through authorised resellers or partners.
TestPod is a product owned and operated by Scandium Systems.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The customer has paid for TestPod in advance.
- The customer has cancelled their subscription in writing (email or mail) within the allowed cancellation period (see below).
- The customer has not used TestPod excessively, abusively, or fraudulently.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period varies depending on the subscription plan:
- Monthly subscriptions: Within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: Within the first 60 days of the billing cycle.
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a written cancellation request to Scandium's support team at hello@getscandium.com.
- Provide their TestPod account details and reason for cancellation (optional).
- Receive confirmation of cancellation and refund amount from Scandium.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Changes to this Policy
Scandium Systems reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.
By using TestPod, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
